Just a reminder that we’ll see a few scattered showers or non-severe storms Saturday afternoon and evening, primarily across N OK with the potential for some of that to work south into C OK.

On Sunday a disturbance will kick out scattered showers and storms moving from W to E across the state in the morning to early afternoon hours. Then a few severe storms will work out of the TX panhandle and into W OK by evening. They should weaken quickly at that point. Hail/wind the primary threat.

So the weekend won’t be too bad. A little rain and a little sun. Have a backup plan and watch radar trends for your particular event. Temperature wise, fairly nice, 60s N 1/3 of OK, 70s C and 80s W. Sunday mostly 70s statewide.

Monday and beyond has been discussed already and nothing in that regard has changed. Scattered severe storms expected just about each day. We’ll discuss the fine details of those one day at a time.

Memorial Day weekend looks wet. Plan accordingly. -AT
