After a fairly decent November, December is here and the cold air is right on cue. Our first big cold front arrives Monday afternoon and every few days we’ll have more move in. Temperatures will feel great Monday but then expect coat weather for the rest of the week as the graphics below indicates.

What about snow? Well, expect a few flakes early Tuesday morning across western Oklahoma and into the Texas panhandle, but it won’t be a big deal. I’ve show a few models for fun and each say about a dusting at most. Long term, nothing set it stone yet, but at least the cold air is back! Welcome to winter! -AT
