What we’ve experienced the past few weeks will continue. Hot, up to around 100 degrees at times, and humid thanks to just enough rain to keep it that way.
Monday through Wednesday will be our hottest days. Then we’ll cool back down a few degrees before going up again over the weekend into the following week as the dome of high pressure moves around the region.
Rainfall amounts will be decent for some when you add up all the days of the week. At any given time there can be isolated to scattered showers and storms, which is what we’ve been experiencing thus far.
We’re halfway through August and Labor Day is just around the corner. As usual, that’s when our weather becomes more bearable. So hang in there! -AT
