Are you ready for a perfect weekend??? Well then, get ready!
Our Friday will end in the 60s, but we’ll introduce lots of 70s on both Saturday and Sunday with a breezy south wind. There will be some tough lingering clouds across the eastern 1/4 of the state on Sunday, but otherwise lots of sunshine. It will be a great time to get those outdoor landscaping projects done (minus the cold sensitive plants).
Unfortunately, the beautiful weather will be short-lived. A cold front will start working in Sunday evening and cool things down for Monday.
After that, a storm system will approach on Tuesday which will bring rain back to at least the southern half of Oklahoma. Most of the action will be in Texas with this system.
Rainfall estimates from two of the global models are shown below. The truth will likely lie with an average of the two, rather than one extreme over the other. The take home is that it will be wet on Tuesday along and south of the I-44 corridor.
One final note for this weekend. As part of the bonus content I offer my top fans, Jodi will join me live Saturday night at 8:30pm to hang out with you and answer your questions. You can become a top fan by joining any of the platforms listed under the Fan Support menu tab of my website. Once you join, be sure to request access to the private Faecbook group page and answer the questions. It will be a fun time and looking forward to having her meet all of you! -AT
